CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life can be unpredictable, but we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee and/or forfeit of deposit for no call, no show appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain our schedule and serve all our clients efficiently. Thank you.
